what causes a "base not found error" on legacy system? the Cab 1 works fine do I know it's not a signal issue. it scans all channels with no success. I've hit the reset button and bought new batteries for the hand held nothing seems to work.

Cab 1 will not talk to a Legacy base - need a Cab 2 or a Cab 1L

base not getting power, base antenna loose, base power supply not plugged in, signal interference (use manual to change base channel)

base getting power, tried channel change, no affect. I have the Cab 1 base linked to Legacy with the cable and both worked for years without a problem. is there a way to test the antenna on the legacy base? I removed and reinstalled it nothing changed.

thanks for input and help and any suggestions or next step to troubleshoot.
