BCR in Lionel Locomotives

Unless you are running conventional the question is "Why"

I have heard a few have done it, doesn't seem too tough other than having to solder the charging circuit to the pickups

The cost of the bcr and the charging circuit is more expensive than the dalee circuit. However since you have a few bcr's lying around,might as well put them to use IF you run conventional. I plan to do this in the near future since I run conventionally.

Chris is right, this would be a conventional only install since its completely unnecessary to use the battery in command mode
