I have BCW trading card boxes up to 930 count. The 930 count has an interior dimension of 16.5 inches. Coupler to coupler the cars measure 17". (RailKing 60 foot streamlined passenger cars)
Unless I bend the couplers at an angle (under spring tension) they don't fit and there is no larger size that BCW makes.
Is anyone using BCW boxes for these cars and if so which ones?

I use super shoe boxes from BCW. I can then house three RailKing cars in each box.

If anyone is interested, BCW offers free shipping if you spend over a hundred dollars, but if you are ordering less than that, Wizard Coin Supply charges much less for shipping and their prices are often less than BCW.

Thanks for the tip on another source for these boxes. I’m able to get 4 of them into a watertight tote and they fit perfectly under the layout.
