Could someone tell me who bought out a company called,Berkshire Valley Lines? The word I have is they were purchased by another company. They manufactured a non working model of a ground throw switchstand common to at least the Eastern half of the United States to my knowledge. It was modeled from what I can tell, after a New Century Adjustable switchstand made by Bethleham Steel. The targets on these non-working models, were made to work off the action of the switch throwbar,so I was hoping I could combine, with modification,a Caboose Industries ground throw&the targets on these non working stands,to give me the visual indication I desire from my ground throws. Thanks for all replies. Alan

Yes, Berkshire Valley, Inc was purchased, but the new owners - there were some discussions a few weeks(?) months(?) back on this on OGR -- have yet to put up a new web page or place ads, etc.  As yet it appears that they are not ready to be up and in business...

Berkshire-Valley

This is a welcome update on a popular vendor. I bet they will do very well.

Thanks Dan!

That'd be great because the targets that rotate on the original Berkshire Valley ground throws, looked really nice. If I can't turn O scale turnouts with my HO 210s Caboose Industry throws that have moving targets on the stand,I'll have to figure out a way to use the dummy stand with an O scale Caboose Industries throw.
Thanks,Al
