I just purchased a bundle of 800 count trading card boxes, made by BCW on Ebay.

Dimensions Exterior: Length (15) Width (4-1/8) Height (3) Interior: Length (14-1/8) Width (3-3/4) Height (2-3/4)

The last time I purchased boxes, I went with U-line, and purchased 4 x 4 x 18 boxes.

The card boxes are too small for some trains, the u-line boxes are too big for most trains, but can be cut down.

I use the BCW boxes, I just ordered $100 worth to get the free shipping!

They have multi-compartment boxes as well as singles.  They are the perfect size for most O-scale cars and locomotives.  The exceptions are some of the taller items don't fit.

I bought a bunch of the multi-compartment models to take stuff to modular shows, much easier to unpack and way more compact than the product boxes.

I started out just using the 800 count boxes, initially I bought 100 of those.  However, I later realized that it took more work to pack them into those boxes and pad the ends, so I now have some of each of the 660, 800, and 930 count boxes.  The shorter boxes also fit better on the shelves with the sloping ceiling near the top.

I also have a Dymo LabelWriter that prints nice gummed labels, I use that to label the end of the box as to the contents.
