I just purchased the Goofy and Pluto handcar from the 1990's for my kids at a local train show. Unfortunately, it is broken! The pin that holds the gear in place for the up and down push bar motion is busted. Does anyone know the part number for the pin and it's retaining washer?

Here is an exploded view of a handcar. You should be able to find the part numbers of what you need in it.

The diagram that Larry linked to is for the earlier handcar with the metal frame.
It's possible the parts are common between the two versions, but just in case, here's a more accurate diagram for your particular handcar.

Thanks! Now I see that the problem is that the "shoulder rivet" goes through a closed eyelet. Unfortunately, the eyelet is broken on my unit. Hope I can figure it out!
