Broken Pot metal rolling block Marx 333 Steam engine

Looking for a Marx 333 cast metal engine part.

It was a pot metal rotatintg rolling block, exterior right side on drive well.

Brass hex hex screw holds this piece on the wheel itself.

Problem, the rivet holding allowing rotating end of pot metal block broke the cast end of the arm, arm now disconnected at the rivet. Is a replacement pot metal piece of this assembley available any where. If no, what is the recommended fix?

Also, need an engine for an American Flyer model 9900 Zephyr. This is the tin litho manual forward and reverse 5 car passenger set from 1934.
