Hello. Is Brummy's Landscape Express still in business? A few years ago I got a sample of their rubber ballast, and I am now ready (finally) to start ballasting and landscaping. Thanks in advance.

Thanks BobbyD.......I tried calling the phone number that is on the link you sent, but it just keeps ringing. I have a feeling they are not in business any more. Thanks though.
Scenic Express still lists most of the colors/sizes as being in stock.
I bought some ballast from him a couple of years ago - great, reasonably-priced product and really nice guy to deal with. Pretty sure that the phone is his home, so here's hoping that he's traveling or dealing with a personal matter.
If anyone gets a definitive answer, please post it.
I believe he is still in business. Give me a few days to find his contact information.
Did anyone figure out if he's still in business?

Brummy's is closed, he is in assisted living-nursing home. Eddy G ,a friend.
How do you glue rubber ballast?
Perhaps, this is the company you are referring to: Ballast King, owner Bill Swarthout. I bought ballast from him many years ago and as recently as July, 2015 when I was building my larger layout here in CA.
Attached is a pdf of the price list I ordered from in 2015.
Anyone interested should call Bill at: 440-937-6771 to discuss this further.
This is a great product as my layout is in my "great room" on hard wood floors. If some ballast gets on the floor, it doesn't scratch.

I glue the rubber ballast with white glue diluted as needed.

Thanks. Sorry to hear. He was very nice to deal with.
Ballast King does not sell rubber ballast. It is a stone material.
