I don't recall any mfg in any guage making a model of the rare spv 2000.
Nope, but I missed a free demo ride on one from Allentown to Bethlehem (or Quakertown) when there was talk of trying to resurrect SEPTA service to Allentown.
Shortly before Bethlehem branch service was discontinued. 
If memory serves, HO and N scale versions were offered briefly from Walthers. No O scale, to the best of my knowledge. Perhaps a 3-D printed version someday?

Clark Benson made these in two-rail years ago. It had a wood roof blister and custom castings for the ends. The underbody detail was based on the Metroliner. I have one that I'm converting to 3-rail.
