As promised, here are some of the Standard Gauge train cars I put together to create my own version of BUFFALO BILL'S WILD WEST SHOW Train. This train's history is rather fascinating and I recommend Googling it for photos and more details on the train including some on its horrific 1901 train wreck. A few cars from the last version of this train still exist and are rusting away on a siding in Miami, FL. Check out this video:

First, a flatcar carrying the stagecoach, which played a major role in Buffalo Bill's Wild West show (1/32 scale German-made Elastolin toy from 1950s. Note: Elastolin also made a 1/32 scale all-metal covered wagon, which I used to create another Wild West show flatcar but, unfortunately, have not yet found. I will post a photo when I do.):
Second some photos of other flatcars I created for the train:
Of course the train needed to transport the horses, buffaloes, cattle and equipment used in the show so some cattle cars and box cars for that purpose:
And finally, you need passenger cars to transport the performers from one show location to the next:
Drumhead below created using a Disney pin advertising their version of Buffalo Bill's Wild West show.
All of the above cars and more, can be seen in my Standard Gauge version of Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show train, which will be running on the SGMA layout at Trainfest 2017. If you attend this show, please stop by to talk tinplate trains, or just to say "Howdy"!
