Almost any scientific supply vendor such as Fisher Scientific.
If you save the little bags that come in many train products, you can "recharge" them by baking them for a few hours at 250-300F in an oven. I've saved a bunch of them and used them successfully.

Try "re-activate" -- heating that stuff up to dry the moisture that has accumulated back out of them so that they can re-used.
Generally, it takes longer than that to dry silica, but then my experience is with larger quantities.
You "recharge" silica gel packets by baking them as I described. They only absorb moisture until they are saturated, which happens pretty quickly in open air.
Longer can't hurt, I've usually done them from morning until the oven is required for dinner.
