I am just beginning to set up the subject TMCC equipment and I would like to run conventional along with TMCC. Please advise if there are any additional instructions on how to run with this setup. Please advise how accessories, switches etc can be run in this mode. My layout is approximately 31 feet.

Are you sure that you have a blue CAB - 1L and not a gray CAB - 1?
Have you got the blue command base to go with the CAB-1L? The CAB - 1L talks to its command base and the base talks to the TPC 300 via a data cable.
Hook one output of the ZW to the power inputs of the TPC.
Hook the TPC power outputs to the track.
Hook the dat in + and - on the TPC to the multi pin connector on the blue Command base.
Hook the stud on the blue command base to the track. Plug the correct 3 prong wall wart into a three hole wall outlet.
Length of the layout has no real bearing, but you will need additional power connections to the track to make up for marginal track joints.
