can i add a train related .bmp file to my signature?

Why would you want to use a BMP file? That is an old and very inefficient image format and is not supported on many browsers.

You should use a jpg or gif file. If you absolutely have to, you can include it in your signature via a hyperlink. The image has to be hosted on the internet somewhere. There is no upload feature for images within signatures.
