I was going to post a reply........ But I fell asleep
I also have to admit that I have a CD called "Sleep On A Train" by Ken Johnson that I got several years ago that I use to block out noise when I am on the road staying in an not so quiet hotel.
It's about 90 minutes of a diesel train complete with crossing gate sounds and click-clack of the rails. It actually works.
I can't believe I watched the whole thing! Terrible plot.
Fell asleep waiting to hear whistle blow at next crossing.
zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Reminds me what you hear going from car to car. Not a bad thing.
As far as insomnia relief, hmm, I am not so sure. I will give it a trrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Guys,
Stick the white noise of your radio on puts you to sleep right away. White noise is the static between radio stations. That way you are not leaving your computer on at night to be hacked into by people wanting to steal your identity. Soothing though it is to fall asleep to.
Be careful!
Better to make a recording of it. IMHO

Two questions:
Why can't they hack into it during the day?
I have had my computer on all night for twenty years, and no one has hacked it yet. Why?
