I am using a Macbook Pro, V10.7.5 and when I go to upload pictures, it opens my iPhoto but that's it. It just locks everything up and I can not select a picture to upload. I am using Safari as a browser. I have to use 'force quit' to get out of it. I did not have this issue until after New Years, it used to work great. Any ideas? My iPhoto is also up to date.

Whatever it is, it is something amiss on your computer. Make sure your Java install is up to date. That's my best guess.
Maybe try Firefox and see if that clears it up? I find Firefox works better than Safari on my Mac.
Well, I just went to Safari/Reset and that fixed it!! I was able to upload a photo. Of course I have no idea what happened but it works now. Thanks.
And people say Macs don't have any problems...

Reset Safari just clears the preferences and gets rid of all the users bad clicks
