Can the L Ice Station hook up to a Lionchief set?

I have a set I use under the Christmas tree that is simple Lionchief powered. If I wanted to include the Lionel Icing Station to this set can it be connected to the power unit or do I have to use an aux power supply? I don't have the set at hand, packed away, and was wondering if there is some sort of connection that can be made. I realize that it would be at full 18v. thanks

Not simply or easily. Best to use a separate inexpensive DC or AC power supply.
