I recently began purchasing PW light towers for my PW Lionel Layout. I found a very nice #193 Water Tower and with it came beacon tower. ONly problem is there was no rotaitng beacon. I do not find any Lionel parkings on the tower so I thought my fellow model rail fnas might be able to assit me in making an ID...shed some lihgt as it were. her ar eth photos of the tower...

Just a wild guess, but I'd say it was made by Marx.

Thank you for the rapid response. Now do either of you have Marx source for purchsing parts to refurbish this tower??? I am looking for the beacon assembly...

Pretty much the same as the Lionel one, though.

It is a Marx 0446. Don't forget to order the dimple bulb the beacon sets on.
