Does anyone know if there is a site or some source for obtaining high res. color copies of the Lionel catalog covers from the 20's and 30's? They would look great framed and hung up with a collection of trains. Or any other cool early toy train maker art work/ads (Ives?)??

Almost all 1920 & 1930's lionel covers are offered as tin signs for$10 to $20 online.
I also have popcorn tins and boxes with cover art, all authorized by Lionel.
Greenberg has reprinted all the old catalog in book form, but they often sell for $100 and up.
I think Lionel has tried to keep these catalogs out of the public domain, TCA maybe your best hope for good scans.
How about something like this.
