Thanks.  The plans are in the Sept 1991 MM.

 

Now, I need to find a copy of that issue, or a copy of the plans.

I believe the Burlington Route Historical Society published a Bulletin covering stock cars. I belong to the Society and have all the Bulletins. If the MM Mag is not complete and you are looking for additional details about a specific series of cars, let me know and I will see what I have on it. 

 

Are you looking to build a 2 rail or 3 rail version?

Is this the one you are speaking of? If it is, I would love to acquire a set of plans. This one has been on my build list for a while. I would build it from the photo if I had to, I would just need the basic measurements but a drawing would be fantastic.

 

Don't know why the photo loaded that way, it is horizontal in my files.
