Both Atlas and MTH have done some, I do believe. I have a bit, but I don't recall the details. Search their websites and eBay.
Atlas has made pannel side hoppers 50 ton hoppers and boxcars in the Steam Era Classic procuct line decorated for the CCC&StL.

Hot Water,
Who knows? Remember, if it comes in an orange box, and runs on three rails the prototype could be painted up to look like just about anything.
The caboose has enough of the NYC look for me.
Thanks,
RG
Atlas O did the USRA 55 ton hopper in 4 numbers for CCC&STL. They also did a USRA boxcar. I can't remember whether it is the OSB versions, or double sheathed version. And obviouly the photo of the panel-side hopper. I think they may have done the USRA gon also.
Rich,
The Atlas O Big Four boxcars that others have mentioned are their 40' double-sheathed Steam Era boxcars, #8310 for the 3-rail version. These were from 2004. Go to Atlas O's New Products site, then to Products Search, typing in 8310. The picture below is the 2-rail version (#9310).
Atlas O also produced 55 ton fishbelly hoppers too. those are #8454 for the 3-rail version. These were also released in 2004. Here's the picture of those hoppers.
Modeling the NYC and all its subs., I have all of these. Hope this helps.

Wow,
How did I miss those two cars? I have just about one of each and sometimes more then one of anyting NYC Atlas has made.
I will have to track them down, especially the box car.
