We are already entering the third month of the year, so how about posting three pictures of anything you want (well, I mean anything tinplate you want).
Look forward to your three pics for March!

Lionel 617 Diner. Based on a article in CTT years ago, I assume this was made by Madison Hardware. I do need to make a small replacement hedge section.
A chromed Marx Commador Vanderbilt I picked up at a TTOS meet. I did the tender using adhesive foil.
A Galloping Goose of sorts, made from a Paya knock off truck, a Marx caboose shell and powered by a K-Line speeder chassis & motor.

I have to ask is that one of them 257 locos here is mine I got it on ebay UK from a fellowup here in the North East of England,if that is like mine can you post a few photos or better still email them to me
Great pics Steve and Stewart, but you both need to add one more (we are celebrating three, not two). I'm just kidding. I'm quite glad for anyone to share their pics on this thread.
Stewart763-Actually that's a 258, but the only difference between the 257 and 258 was the addition of a reverse mechanism on the 258. I'll send pics soon.

Here's three from the basement, the first two featuring the new LC 254E from the 299 set, dragging Lionel original freights.
One of these days I'm going to have to get all of those accesories wired...

Here are three photos from the 2011 TCA Convention. What fun!

Jim, I've said it before and I'll say it again, you have the best toys, I want to be you when I grow up.
Are these 40 cm cars One Gauge?
John.

Thanks, John. My cars pictured above are 0 gauge. However, they were also made in No. 1 gauge. The 1 gauge versions are much tougher to find and much more expensive than the 0 gauge cars.
3 most recent projects plus 1. Soon to be restored Hellgate, Restored Ives station,Standard gauge scrap yard & Race car set.

Here are three of my cranes, I like cranes. The first is a Lionel 219, the second is a Dorfan crane and the last is a Marklin One Gauge crane.
I know it is March already but here are a few pics of my new Lionel Corporation 249 set, I had out at Christmas
Great photos! My life is full of 3's: I was born in 63, my birthday is 3-6, and today's date is divisible by 3....
Here are a few more three's:

Excellent work! Wish someone made these commercially. I love "Critters"
Wow! Great photographs!
I just got a Lionel 257 about two weeks ago, so it is nice to see more of them.
Great search light car Cando. Is that new? I have been looking for one.

Thank you! I got it as the membership car from the MTHRRC. Had it a little while...it arrived around Christmas.
Hi Keith!
you have a very nice 262E in black with nickel trim. I also like the other tinplate freight cars you bought. They are sharp. Tin is the way to go! Hope you enjoy & have fun with your tinplate. Take Care.

Steve,
Here's another one. An LCT reproduction of an old Lionel model.
Steve,
If you haven't already, try Sidetrack Hobbies. They have a lot of older tinplate in stock from the 2010 catalog and even earlier.
I will give them a try John. Thanks for the info.
Wanted to add some more Standard Gauge to the mix. A round-nose interurban made by my buddy Carl Neidlinger. A Jerry Brown M-10005 City of Denver and my vintage homemade streamliner.
Arno,
Love the round nose interurban. Made from a #19 combo car?

Great tinplate photos. I really like the AF trolley, I haven't seen that one before.
Here is my very simple Marx Commodore Vanderbilt windup pulling 6" four wheel tinplate cars.
Just to keep this thread going. All three 1134s, an Ives, another Ives and a Dorfan.
