Looks like you can watch online if so inclined.
In 1962 I was on KHJ of Los Angles show 'Engineer Bill Show'.
It was train orientated kids show. They introduced you by calling your name into a train tunnel and you walked out......and got a ton of gifts!!!!
I never saw the show I was on as it was live......and no VCR's in 62!!
My friend Christine Braden " Christine's Custom painting" did the passenger set in the opening shot and that runs on the layout.
That's nice to know harleyhouse,I wondered how many of the ogr members might just be involved in this production, after watching, it I got to say I was somewhat impressed. AMC dave did you win a lot of cool stuff???
Far and away my daughter's favorite show! We watch primarily via DVDs; they also have a Youtube channel. CC Bob and some of the cast performed live at one the World's Greatest Hobby expos here in PA a year or two ago--that was our first exposure. Bought two DVDs at that show and more since. They are all very funny and well produced. Even won two Emmy awards (I think for lighting and writing). Sometime we'd like to visit the twin cities area to catch one of their live local appearances and visit the store.
My boys love Choo Choo Bob. We started with the DVD and now watch every evening on Qubo. It really is a great show for kids (and adult trainiacs). My oldest boy was on one of the webisodes!

Dave, That's a great story. I just looked up the show on YouTube. Was it the Engineer Bill Cartoon Express? We just watched an episode. Some fun old TV for sure!

He has performed at Milwaukee's Trainfest the last couple of years.
I would MUCH rather watch Thomas or the TM series, "I Love Toy Trains".
If I'm not mistaken, Choo Choo Bob is a forum sponsor.
Show is still too silly for adults.

Thanks for posting the information on Choo Choo Bob. After watching the video, I think it's a riot.
All I can say is good stuff.
Very nice.
My grandson and I got introduced to about 5 or 6 years ago when he offered a free DVD to forum members with 2 show episodes. We now have them all and he still watches them on a semi regular basis.
Hopefully the network that the show is broadcast continues to grow, and reaches broadcast area that we are in!
Nice, good clean fun, fast moving show that keeps kid's attention, old and young....
Great shots of trains from all over!
highly recommend!
Choo Choo Bobs is a train store geared towards kids in St Paul, MN. Bob Medcraft, owns the store and also started the show. He puts on quite a few train shows geared towards kids and does a great job getting kids interested in the hobby
