Just got this announcement today. Usually woodland scenics is pretty goo ant getting stuff done, no waiting for a year. If u havent seen their stuff, it is the BEST. super detailed buildings and figures, etc. It is worth the money.
We have quite a few of the older Woodland Scenic Buildings in stock, and the announcement today is for an electrical sub station. We will have the up on the website for pre-order shortly. There will also be transformers, phone poles, and all sorts of outdoor electrical utility stuff available.

Back a hundred years ago, when I had a big layout, we installed streetlights along the roads (ther was only 1 main drag, really), but when the lights were off in the basement at night, and we lit up the layout, it looked great!. If u dont have a "night time" on your layout, you should try it and see how great it looks.
