Is there a reset sequence for the 18045 Commodore Vanderbilt?  There is none shown in the manual.

I have TMCC speed control and chuffing, but no longer have the whistle, bell or other sounds, or coupler control.  I would like to try a reset before getting into the LCRU board or more likely, the 6 position tether.

Thanks

George

The LCRU, generation 1 has some wires on the right of the PCB that, depending on how they are wired, configures the various outputs. So, no, there is no auxiliary program code for the following TMCC locos: Com vand. (Original issue silver) Wabash Hudson (blue) Boston and Albany Hudson from 1995/96 Rip grande sd50 with horn After these locos the LCRU'a were generation 2, where a programmable auxiliary code controls the outputs. The codes are still: 4 = front light always on / smoke on / off (steam) 5 = strobe light on / off 6 = cab light on / off (press and hold 9 and output stays at 12v) 8 = smoke on / off (press and hold 9 and power is boosted to 14v, let off 9 power goes to 12v for smoke unit) Hope this helps clear the air! Mike
