i have 2 MTH consists that respond to each other's lashup address. It depends on which one is started first, but they start up and respond to each other's commands. However, once the first one responds to the others address, it renders the previous one unable to find its original address in the remote. Then the lashup responds to both addresses, and the other responds to neither. Any ideas?

Delete both and start over... see what happens..  I think this may be a first for lash-ups  although it 's not uncommon to have 2 engines with the same ID number if  one does not use a programming track or too many engine powered up at once when adding.

No need for a programming track when creating lash-ups though.
