MTH has not responded to several phone calls, and an email generated through their website. Does anyone have a decoder ring or a secret handshake, or any other way to reach MTH in order to request a warranty repair? Thanks.

MTH does not have a service department anymore. You need to go to the dealer you purchased from, or an ASC that does warranty repairs. G
