Converting MTH 22-3620 (N&W Auxilliary Water Tender) from 2_Rail w/Scale Wheels to 3-Rail Hi-Rail

I am hoping that this is possible. What is the procedure to convert this wonderful MTH 2-rail product to 3-rail Hi-Rail? what parts are required? what is the availability of the parts? etc.

Background: I have been searching for several years for a N&W auxilliary water tender to attach behind my Lionel Legacy and TMCC scale N&W steam locomotives, but to no avail. So, I purchased this beautiful product in the hopes that it can be converted to meet my needs.

Can you post up a pic of the underneath?....some MTH 2 rail stuff is super simple, some is not,....it’ll depend if the trucks have the coupler holsters on them or not, some two rail trucks are simple 3 rail trucks with out a crab claw. ....if the coupler holsters are there,  you can simply unscrew the 2 rail draft boxes for the scale couplers, & remove the draft box mount......swap in 3 rail axles, and add couplers with T bar, spring, washer & e clip,......I’ve swapped a bunch of 2 rail MTH to 3 rail,...
