Correct chain file?

Upgrading a 20-3035-1 Greenbrier to PS3. Downloaded the ps2, 3-volt sound file (20-3277-1) and used the standard smoke chain file p071----cno070316cf2x. Used the mth chain file web site.

Engine runs fast, can not control the speed. Sounds like I used an incorrect chain file.

Help!

That does not look like the PS-32 Chain file name. Go back to MTH web for PS-32 chain file. G
