Also look at E bay item 254287272401 coupler attached to 6 wheel truck.

Try coupler assembly 8002-T70 (Note, this number may have a 600- prefix in some lists).

BTW, trucks have their own section in the parts diagrams. Your truck appears to be 9329-50, which is on page 15-101. I arrived at the number for the coupler assembly by comparing that diagram to the parts list for the 9500 series passenger car trucks (page 15-19) , which are essentially similar.

Exploded diagrams and parts lists for modern era Lionel, 1970-2004, were published in official Product Supplements. Lionel has these posted on its website: https://www.lionelsupport.com/service-documents/. Select the one you want from the drop-down list. 1970-1986 are covered by a single large volume (supplement 1-9 on the list). The page numbers refer to that supplement.

I do have this book parts list 1970 t0 1986  have supplement 10  S10:4-1 just shows complete truck no truck exploded view.  I believe what I am looking for is a 690 8002 T 70. Jeff @ttender shows photo.  Best I come up with?   Thank You Roy

I'm 99% sure that's what you want. I came up with that number too (I guessed on the prefix tho--wrong, it turns out).

I took the number for the complete truck from the diagram you cite, and found it in section 15 of the 1970-1986 book. It showed a part no. 8002-T60, which is just the coupler arm (no knuckle, thumbtack, etc). So I searched thru some other parts lists for similar trucks and found 8002-T70 listed as an assembly.  There is a picture of that assembly on this parts site: https://traindoctor.com/service/lionel/7900to8010.php, so you can see if it looks right.

Wow, At $3.00 apiece I'd buy two. Lionel new price $6.40 and $10.00 shipping.
