Coupling AF Wide gauge to Lionel cars

Are you aware that American Flyer (Chicago) provided a device, neither cataloged or costing anything, for coupling AF locos to Lionel Standard gauge cars. A picture of this do-hickey can be seen in TCA's Train Collectors Quarterly V14-1.

There's a lot of excellent info can be found in the "Q". Why not join the TCA?
