Canada is celebrating 150 years since confederation. While the main events took place on and around Canada Day July 1, Canadian Pacific Railway is operating a Canada 150 train tour across Canada stopping in several cities.

Details can be found on the CP website;

Here are a few photos of the train stopped at it's first event in Port Moody the original terminus of the railway on the west coast after it was first built.

There were lots of activities for the kids and a mini train ride, along with a concert from the train. Great event CP.

And some photos of my CP train with engine with the same # as the full size version running on my ceiling layout in O Gauge; Sunset 3rd rail models.cp1cp2cp3cp4cp5cp6cp7cp8cp9cp10cp11cp12cp13cp14cp15cp16cp17cp18cp19cp20cp21cp22cp23
