Current market value of M.T.H. 10-1062-1 Baby Blue Comet 263E Engine & Tender

Hi,  The current market is crazy and prices are all over the place. I've seen that engine go anywhere from $300 to $600 or more. A friend has been trying to sell one at our parking lot meet for $350 for months. However, we are in So Cal and prices are probably half of that on the East coast.  Check the bay for sold listings.  Good luck,

Thank you for getting back to me Bob...I also wanted to get my first Blue Comet 263E but I can`t believe the shipping $34.50 from Indiana & the Ebay charge fee of $22 Plus the sales tax on a $525 discounted from $590 sale!- Crazy!!!-Right?-

I was told if I buy an out of state purchase & send to State of Virginia that I would not be charged sales tax?- Is that true???

The big auction site started collecting sales tax on everything about a year ago or maybe two.

Shipping charges have been up everywhere, and on everything, since the pandemic came so $34.50 isn't unreasonable nowadays.

And Rplst8 is correct about the collection of state sales tax.  This is happening with most online sources.

But I'm afraid I'm not up to date on E-Bay.  What's an "E-Bay charge fee"?
