DC power supply for DCS TIU for my HO layout

I've added HO to my O&S gauge layouts. I'm running DCS TIU (v6.10). I know DCS commander took any MTH power brick, but I'm using the TIU and pretty sure it won't convert to DC for the MTH PS3 HO engines. Any suggestions for a DC power supply?

You can only send DC through the fixed channels, it won't work through the variable channels, that must be AC. As far as a DC supply, it can be most any DC supply with the voltage and current rating you need.
