While making one last check of the track before putting power to it I see where i failed to put in an insulating pin so now I have a 12' run with 2 hots soldered to it. Will that cause a problem with the DCS signal?
Sometimes tooo many short blocks don't give a great dcs signal... If the block is only 12 feet I might just remove one set off feeders. Trouble is.... There's no way of knowing for sure until you try it.

The adjacent track is 80' long with 8 blocks and I don't know how many joints but I get 10's all around.
