DCS Companion and DCS WiFi Companion | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

I recently bought the "DCS WiFi Companion" and like it very much. I had purchased the "DCS Companion" several years ago and assumed that the new WiFi one had all of the regular content but was updated to include WiFi. Today, I discovered that the "DCS Companion" is in the 3rd edition. Is there a lot of different material or is there quite a bit of overlap? Thanks!
