Hi all, I have an issue when writing a sound file to my PS2 engine. I get an error message stating " The added or subtracted value results in an un-representable Date Time". I was to read and save the sound file from the engine and was able to write to it once before this happened and I'm still able to read and save the file from the engine, however, it won't load without this error. The program is successful with connecting to the TIU, reading the engine ( address, type, and memory) and it fails as soon as it starts to send the file. I've re-installed the loader app, reset the engine to feature and factory defaults numerous times but nothing seems to work. I'm running Windows 7 and DCS Consumer Uploader ver 5.0. The engine is a premier E8, PS2, 5V, 1 M memory. Lastly, the engine is being programmed on a 10" piece of track by itself (even tried another piece of track).

Any suggestions?

Hi Greg, yes, they are still available. If you try to use a PS3 or a PS2 3V file, the loader app will catch it and generate an error code stating it's incompatible.  The file I'm using is "pr_e8_ic_010214_final.mth". Another thing to add is that I can't upload the same sound file I downloaded from the engine. In other words, it won't take back what it has given me ( I have the same issue in real life! LOL).

It's fixed. I had uninstalled and reinstalled the loader app numerous times without success. Last night I uninstalled the loader app again and afterwards I went into the Windows Registry (regedit.exe), performed a search and removed all line items with MTH. Reinstalled the app again and now it's working. I've successfully written to the engine a couple of times. Just for notes, I had removed the DCS Loader app using the control panel in windows as well as using the .msi extension in the program to repair/remove. I don't know why the app quit working to begin with, however, it doesn't appear all files are removed when you perform an uninstall command.
