is there anybody who goes to York where I can have my DCS System upgraded (including the handheld) to be able to run the PS3 engines?
As currently it doesn't recognize them.. I'll be there Thursday only and can bring both pieces and if necessary they could be shipped back to me as I live in Rockland County, NY. Thanks, STAN

There's no upgrade to DCS to make it see PS3 engines as opposed to PS2. Both PS2 and PS3 look the same to all versions of DCS.
Check to ensure that, if your PS3 engines have either or both of a 2-rail/3-rail switch and DCS/DCC switch, that they are set for the 3-Rail and DCS positions, respectively. If they are, set the switches, one at a time, the other way in case they were wired reversed.
