Menu/System/Dcs set up/ AON (s3) ...all channels on
Maybe you hit AOF instead of off. AOF..all channels signal off.
TIU on first?
TIU on first?
Absolutely!
Willygee,
Bill power your TIU thru the aux with a RS 18/24 power supply if you are powering thru Channel #1 this could be part of why you are having problems, the TIU must be powered to make the changes correctly.
Great Avatar picture of you and the better half by the way!
Hope all is well in Maine.

Pretty much the same outcome.
Resetting the TIU turns on the DCS signal on all channels. However, you would have lost any Record/Playback sessions or Custom Sounds that you had previously saved.
This and a whole lot more is all in MTH’s “The DCS O Gauge Companion 2nd Edition", available for purchase as an eBook or a printed book at MTH's web store!
Bill,
Barry indicated that the entire TIU would reset and your recordings would have needed to been redone. On the subject of your incredible sound system, have you made any progress on miniaturizing your super realistic railroad sound package? With some of these new APS available now, your entire neighborhood must sound like a real railroad station/yard.

My original PS3 diesel wireless to subwoofer sound system is working so well i havent attemped any re-engineering...maybe this winter.
Did I hear somehting about Willygee upgrading DCS remotes to being fully rechargeable?
Matt,
If Bill is nice enough to help you out, he does a fantastic job at upgrading DCS Hand Held Remote Controls to fully Rechargeable, his work is 1st class, and he has upgraded 2 of mine already. You may have to get passed his better half for him to allot time for the upgrade however. Heck I want him to miniaturize his sound system, so I can have one also.
Only Kidding about the better half Bill!
