Very nice work. Could you describe how you printed them and what material you used to print?

I'm just dubbing around prototyping at the moment. I have an FDM printer (not Resin). TPU filament works for the bellows... although, they will have to be reduced from 3 pleats to 2 or maybe 1, once the striker plates are installed. If just plain, flat Fowler (or, other) type strikers are used (no other hardware) you can use PETG filament for the striker and it can all be done with an FDM printer. If you want all the additional hardware you would need a resin printer. My recent coaches have diaphragms but my older coaches are diaphragmless. I need around 36 diaphragm kits... so, a resin printer is probably going to be showing up here in the not to distant future.
