Nobody except for MTH and the buyer (if they sold them) really know what was sold and to who.

Don't know for certain, but I would be very surprised if Lionel bought them, since they would just duplicate what Lionel has already.

I would only guess but as Lionel already has a Trainmaster on it’s roster and Atlas appeared to only acquire the more modern diesels that MTH would still have them. There was a list posted on this forum and a press release of what Atlas acquired and a reference to what product lines Lionel acquired all of which has been posted on this forum in the past.
