I was wondering is there a index of contents for the digital editions? I was trying to locate a article by Rich that is about shifting loaded cars for empties by hiding a circle of track or semi circle. I can't remember what issue it was in

I don't think there is an index? You might try asking this over in thee Tech Support Forum where Rich will probably see it, he would know and probably knows where the article is as well..
