Ditch Lights and Momentum problem in Cab3 app

Has anyone has found a way to do the following that work just fine with Base3 and a Cab2 remote, but do not work with Base3 and the Cab3 app:

1. keep the ditch lights from oscillating when the horn is operated

2. adjust the momentum to a higher value when multiple engines are configured in a train. Momentum adjustments from 1 - 8 are available in the MED setting (and they work with a single engine), but there appears to be no actual adjustment above LOW in a Train.
