Do Atlas O 66031 Caboose Trucks Have Rotating Bearing Caps???

Dumb question but I need a pair for a project. I have been on the Atlas O website but it does not mention if the caps rotate so I thought I would ask the forum members if anyone has these and could share the info. Thanks in advance. Paul

Paul, yes the bearing caps do rotate. I just received my first pair for use in a project I'm working on. I wondered the same thing when I placed the order, but never thought to ask the question here like you did!
