Do the Lionel NS Heritage SD70ACe have IR

Do the lionel NS Heritage SD70ACe engines from the 2013 catalog have an IR transmitter/reciever to communicate with the LCS sensor track? I don't see it listed as a feature. I ask because I was watching a you tube video of a BNSF heritage loco from the 2012 catalog and the person showed what appeared to be an IR sensor on that train. I checked the catalog for 2012 and did not see that feature listed for that loco either. Thanks.
