I have disconnected all the lights in my baggage cars as I don't think they were lighted. I leave them on in my RPO cars for the mail sorters to see to work, but can't imagine that regular baggage cars were lit.
Do you guys do the same?

The lights are on because I've been too lazy to disconnect them. If I were smart (well, so much for that) I'd put batteries in the baggage car and feed LED lighting in the passenger cars, eliminating pickup rollers, flickering and bridged blocks.

Some baggage/mail storage cars were actually occupied. Look for a star symbol on the sides, usually in the center under the road number. That star indicates that THAT car had toilet facilities and just might be occupied.

No flickering of any of my passenger car lights.
