I have a Railking Scale SD-45 and I would like to know if you can replace them with the Premier Drivewheel sets? These are 3rail engines.

Is this the one you have, MTH 30-20200-1?
I am not sure what your asking to do, do you want to replace the trucks or just the rubber traction tires?

I want to replace the whole truck. Rail has only 1 roller pickup per truck and I want to have 2 per truck like on the premier engines.

I think you have to compare what you are changing. The RK use a shorter motor. The Premier is taller. But you need to compare by model. If your not swapping motors too, then you need to compare the gear on the motor to see if they are the same, otherwise the motor may not drive the axle gear.
Where will you get the trucks? MTH requires a turn in for whole trucks.
It may be easier to see if one of the double rollers will fit your RK truck. Lot cheaper fix. G
