Does Harry "make these things up?" Or are they modeled after a prototype?
Awesome building and detail right down to the ant crawling on the front window. 
Harry has a great imagination. He does both prototype and freelance models. His six story hotel front is hysterical when you read all the fine print.
Looks a lot like the Chooch//Berkshire Valley resin drugstore kit that you can still find at meets and on eBay, with or w/o the interior detailing kit.
I believe it is. I really like that building, but finding the wedge shaped lot for it has been a problem.
It is a Berkshire Valley model. I have it and it's one of my favorite buildings. I bought the full interior with mine years ago. It's also has angle iron type shape to it. My mainline went perfectly behind it at an angle so it worked out fine. Don

Always liked it and several times have passed on it at very good prices, but I just have not had a place to put it........

I put one of those together once and remember all the sanding I had to do on the casted wall and roof pieces.
