I have a DZ machine set up on a auto reversing circuit. I am having some problems with it.
#1. the manual button isn't working
#2. which ever way the switch is thrown, the lights on the button will flash.
What do you think?

I assume you are referring to the DZ2500 because of the button reference.. I have had several and they can be very touchy to program. Your problem could be several things. But most of the problems I have had are with programming. When programing with the TMCC or Legacy remote go SLOWLY! Chips seem to get confused easily. Also power off between attempts and wait a few seconds.. Double check sure your connections are correct. Try switching the non derailing wires around. In addition the lights on the switch don't follow exactly what the directions say they will. If you do have a successful programming the lights may not show what the directions say. None of mine did. Never did get one of mine to throw properly and removed it and put in a manual throw because it was a rarely used switched.
