Trainworld doesn't stock parts, but Trainland will - you might call Trainland and see if they will send it to their other store Trainworld in Brooklyn.
I worked as a stock man and technician at both stores many years ago, and both stores stocked parts. That may have changed in the years after I left.

All you need to do is grow an extra hand and you can change the drums yourself.
Either Trainland or Trainworld will be happy to repair your locomotive for you.
