EASY Static Flock Grass Applicator

A few months ago I purchased the Easy Static Flock Grass Applicator. I used it three times with no problem. Tried to use it today, but there is no power. Changed the batteries, but still no power. Anyone have a suggestion? I was going to take it apart, but decided to post for suggestions first.
